Warehouse Manager

Pacific Radio Electronics is seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager to maintain our daily Warehouse Operations. The successful candidate must have five years Warehouse Manager experience who has an excellent attention to detail and outstanding organization skills. The candidate should be a motivated/proactive individual who is knowledgeable of all warehouse operations and can demonstrate hands-on leadership. While shifts will vary as needed, the position is Monday thru Friday from 7:00am - 5:00pm. We offer a great work environment with a family-like atmosphere.

    WAREHOUSE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and develop shipping team members
  • Accurate fulfillment of all store, website and truck orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure Warehouse inventory is always 100% accurate by performing regular cycle counts
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, free of damage and documented
  • Submit all needed purchase orders, packing slips and other needed documents to accounting and accurately receive/count packages from vendors, and report any discrepancies to accounting
  • Track inbound RMAs and assess condition of returns to determine if stock should be put back into inventory
  • Use shipping software to ensure customers receive all of their products within the shipping deadline
  • Preview, print labels, pick, and pack Merchant Fulfilled and FBA outbound shipments
  • Troubleshoot all related shipment errors including tracking
  • Accurately scan, package products and move boxes weighing up to 50lbs
  • Manage warehouse organization/cleanliness and supply levels of materials
  • Ongoing evaluation of all processes suggesting improvements as necessary
  • Other tasks as needed

    REQUIREMENTS FOR THE WAREHOUSE MANAGER:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in warehouse, shipping, and receiving
  • Preparation of FBA outbound Shipments: 1 year (Required)
  • Familiar with ShipStation Software (Preferred)
  • Familiar with Amazon fulfillment and shipping
  • Operational/Technical Warehouse experience, utilizing forklifts including forklift certified, pallet jack, stacker
  • Strong competency in maintaining a safe work environment
  • Great computer skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication and people skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid CA Drivers License

Inside Sales Team

Join the Inside Sales Team. We are searching for experienced and professional inside sales people to assist both National and Local Accounts with all of their Broadcast/Pro-Audio/Video/Data needs. We do this by building strong lasting client relationships with best-in-class customer service. A high level of product knowledge, excellent communication skills, strong computer skills and previous sales experience is required.

    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Process and secure orders in a timely manner in person, by phone & email and record in ERP & CRM applications
  • Follow up on quotes, orders and other general inquiries received
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of all company products by identifying features and benefits
  • Complete customer follow-up calls after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct sales calls to both existing and prospective customers on promotions and events
