Warehouse / Operations Manager

Pacific Radio Electronics is seeking a full-time Warehouse / Operations Manager. This includes but not limited to daily engagement with our Shipping, Purchasing, Sales, Custom Assembly and Accounting Departments The successful candidate must have five years of Warehouse / Operations Manager experience who has an excellent attention to detail and outstanding organization skills. The candidate should be a motivated and proactive individual who is knowledgeable of Warehouse and Store Operations with the ability to demonstrate hands-on leadership.     WAREHOUSE / OPERATIONS DUTIES:
  • Lead and develop shipping team members
  • Accurate fulfillment of all store, website and truck orders in a timely manner
  • Perform weekly cycle counts
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate
  • Support Purchasing Team with CRM Back Orders and fulfillment
  • Support Accounting Team with shipping related process and investigation
  • Support Custom Cable Assembly team
  • Support Sales Team
    LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner with and support all Department Managers including Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, IT Department and Custom Assembly
  • Ability to take ownership of, and focus on critical initiatives
  • Ability to organize daily responsibilities for maximum effectiveness
    REQUIREMENTS FOR THE WAREHOUSE MANAGER:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Warehouse & Store Operations
  • Warehouse experience, utilizing forklifts including forklift certified, pallet jack, stacker
  • Great computer skills. Proficient in both Outlook and Excel a must
  • Excellent oral/written communication and soft skills
  • Valid CA Driver's License

Inside Sales Team

Join the Inside Sales Team. We are searching for experienced and professional inside sales people to assist both National and Local Accounts with all of their Broadcast/Pro-Audio/Video/Data needs. We do this by building strong lasting client relationships with best-in-class customer service. A high level of product knowledge, excellent communication skills, strong computer skills and previous sales experience is required.

    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Process and secure orders in a timely manner in person, by phone & email and record in ERP & CRM applications
  • Follow up on quotes, orders and other general inquiries received
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of all company products by identifying features and benefits
  • Complete customer follow-up calls after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct sales calls to both existing and prospective customers on promotions and events
