Custom Cable Assembler (FULL TIME)

    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Two Years Previous Audio/Video Cable Assembly Experience
  • Ability to follow samples, drawings and written instruction
  • Review Work Order and verify accuracy of BOM parts necessary. Ensure waiver is signed and attached
  • Verify product operation and quality by completing a functional test with applicable testers and inspect product for overall appearance
  • Package and label product and put into stock or deliver to Shipping/Sales Department
  • Record production data by completing an Assembly Timesheet for each BOM completed
  • Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipate needed supplies, place and expedite supply orders and verify receipt of supplies
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment
  • Regular, timely, and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position
  • Ensure the team consistently meets established time standards daily

Operations / Sales Specialist (FULL TIME)

    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Greet, determine and assess customer needs in a friendly and professional manner
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM / SAGE 300 to update and enter customer and prospect's information and ensure that all fields are complete and accurate
  • Provide and suggest an End to End Solution with every client
  • Acknowledge and generate price quotes by phone and email and record in the CRM / SAGE 300
  • Pull and stage product in shipping and receiving as needed for customers
  • Provide hands-on technical assistance where applicable
  • Inform customers of special announcements, promotions, new products, and events
  • Offer product ancillaries to maximize product offerings and present cost-effective alternatives
  • Coordinate and communicate with NoShorts Manager on Custom Cable Assembly Orders
  • Demonstrated detailed knowledge of all company products, features, benefits, and ancillary offerings
  • Conduct sales calls to both existing / prospective customers on promotions and events
  • Must be able to move and/or lift supplies, equipment (up to 50lbs)
  • Effectively demonstrate use of Computer/Printer/Telephone/Fax Machine
