Dear Pacific Radio Electronics Customers and Partners,

As expected, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation around the world is rapidly changing and that goes for how Pacific Radio Electronics will continue to operate during this unprecedented crisis that is affecting us all. We are continuously monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak and acting according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC as well as Federal, State and Local authorities.

Here are the updated actions we are taking:

  • Due to the California State-Issued "Safer at Home" Order, Pacific Radio Electronics will be operating by web, phone & email only.
  • There will be NO Will-Call Pickups until further notice.
  • You may visit www.pacrad.com 7 days a week or call (800) 634-9476 on weekdays from 8am-5:30pm PDT to shop and have your products shipped to you. You can also contact us at sales@pacrad.com.
  • We are continuing to halt local manufacturer pick-ups and ALL local deliveries ​​​​​​​have been suspended indefinitely.
  • As of now, we continue to operate within our normal business hours with all our team members practicing social distancing at the workplace, while some staff will continue ​​​​​​​to work from home. 

We promise to keep you informed on any necessary changes to our operations via email and website - we will make sure to alert you to any potential delays, or changes we must make to business hours or practices during these difficult times.

With the constantly changing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation around the world, we recognize that this is an unprecedented time for everyone - a time that, for many, is filled with uncertainty. Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by the outbreak, and we will continue to operate in the best interests of our families, customers and community. We are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC as well as Federal, State and Local authorities.

We want to share with you the actions we are taking to help protect our employees and customers:

  • Our main objective is to protect the health and well-being of our employees, customers, suppliers and communities in which we live and work.
  • Our team members who come in contact with merchandise and or customers are hand washing with antibacterial soap and using hand sanitizer at all workstations.
  • All Common areas are being cleaned and disinfected regularly
  • We have discontinued BOTH local manufacturer pick-ups and ALL local deliveries have been suspended indefinitely.
  • We are monitoring the local response and impact in the Los Angeles/Burbank Area, so that we are ready for any impact on our employees and customers.
  • We have made sure that contingency plans are in place in order to adapt as needed to minimize any disruptions to our employees’ safety and well-being as well as to our customers’ business needs.
  • We continue to operate within our normal business hours with all our team members practicing social distancing while at the workplace.

We offer "Same Day Shipping" in most cases, and our stock levels remain positive. Additionally for your convenience, our sales teams is ready to take your order by phone and ensure that your order ships same day where applicable.
